100% recycled polyester components, C0 DWR (no fluorocarbons), waterproof 0.5 mil RUV™ matte film backing, recyclable after use. Compared to other laminated pack fabric with shiny film, Challenge’s proprietary RUV™ matte film is more abrasion resistant, wrinkles less, and is 97% UV resistant. 

600d recycled Cordura® face fabric gives EPLX600 a supple hand with comparable durability, stitch-holding, and abrasion resistance to 500d Cordura®

X-Pac by Dimension-Polyant is a very unique gear-material. With its multilayer-construction it combines several properties: abrasion-resistant 210den-Nylon on the outside, a thin layer of polyester-tafetta on the inside and strong X-PLY-fibers inbetween. This makes the fabric very tear-resistant, durable and 100% waterproof and gives it a very good structural stability. The X-PLY-fibers give the fabric its typical diamond-shaped structure.

XPac RX30 most balanced construction for performance in outdoor and urban applications, X-Pac^® RX30 is 100% climate neutral and contains 100% post-consumer recycled polyester fabric.

Mix of a natural cotton face and X3 laminate construction, X-Pac^® X11 provides a soft, cotton feel and appearance with added waterproof and low-stretch characteristics. X-Pac^® X11 is 100% climate neutral and contains sustainably grown cotton.

UltraGrid™ has a C0 DWR coating, free from toxic PFCs, and is finished with a waterproof 1500mm PU backing.

Ultra™ grid reduces weight and doubles tear strength, compared to other gridstop fabrics on the market. Gram-for-gram, Ultra™ has a tensile strength 15x stronger than steel.
