RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You could return your item(s) within 14 days after receiving a bag/bags, all returned items must be as new with tags still attached.  

Custom items cannot be returned, as these were made especially for you. Almost all of my bags are made to order. However, if you are not satisfy with bags which i made for you, please get in touch so we can find some solution. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot refund lost items. Please pack your items securely and make sure to include a note with your name or an order number. 

Incase of a faulty product we are happy to replace it or repair it.
